Chris over at the Nomadic Foodist Podcast recently invited me to come on the show and chat about travel.

One of the things I love about these kinds of conversations is that you never know where they’ll go. In this podcast episode, we talk about my reasons for living in Lisbon Portugal, what kind of food experiences I seek out when I travel, and how visiting Tokyo over 10 years ago was key in making me want to see so much more of the world.

Along the way, we also talk about my favorite subject: how you can get over any doubts or fears you may have before setting off to parts unknown.

I believe that many people struggle to turn their dream trips into reality and that it’s often a combination of many little things that hold us back. Over time I’ve learned there are ways to easily overcome these mental obstacles and ensure you’ll not one day regret not having traveled when you could.
